Farmers Markets

In December 2011 I set up my company called Sauced By Marina and had my first market stall in Rochester.
For over 3 years I had a stall with various markets in Kent and London.
It was incredibly hard work but extremely rewarding.
I cooked, prepared and sold 10000 jars of sugo and received the most wonderful support, comments and suggestions.
Due to demands I decided to concentrate on more research and the next chapter for my business has now started...June 2016

'Chocolate face' wearing his sunglasses insisted on making an appearance as it was my last market.He was very excited as he was making his first trip to Medina Sidonia the next day.He had been packed several weeks earlier & was very proud as he was going to be looking after all the jars I take there when I can!

Chislehurst January
This charming young man Jack aged 9 is the first Chislehurst member to join The Young Sugo Club. Jack has very high standards & as a regular knows his Sugo. Today he ate several crackers
(a whole plate) before confirming his seal of approval!

Chislehurst 17th May, a wonderful day :) The sun was shining and sitting next to my stall a guitarist played lovely music which was very appropriate as I was going to Medina the following week. This market has been particularly enjoyable as some of my family & friends live near.Thank you Brian & Sandra, this has been my best market xx

West Malling Christmas market 2014
Rudy was desperate to take centre stage today & was for a short time.Then Sam (below) a regular customer & chief Sugo taster arrived & took over! Sam likes to make sure all sauces are cooked to perfection & just to make sure, he ate almost all the tasters!

Gerry & Kathy Cavalli are Sams neighbours and there is always chaos & madness if the Cavallis are there at the same time as Sam & his family....
Nothing to do with me!
